Anybody had those painful headaches hours after waking up?

I believe it's my caffeine addiction.
I used to drink about 4-6 cups of coffee a day.
For the past 2 days, I failed to have my morning coffee and I was like... lethargic throughout the day.

"Oh, my freakin' head... I'm so wasted!"

Anyone had tips for this?
