Server problem with WRZhost

i am getting server problem with WRZhost...
my site is not responding some times it gets open but some times its not.. and also i have installed wordpress on it and admin panle is not opening..
i already faced this problem 2 times ago but then prob time perios was short..

but from yesterday and today.. its not opening i also sent mail to WRZHost.. but they didn't responded...

is this the server prob or my site being injected or hacked ??

is there anyone here who buyed hosting from WRZhost and having same prob

They are currently changing hardware.. i have just ordered a dedi server there

so that means there is prob there end ???
and do u know how much time it will take...

They said to me yesterday that it would properly take 48h, but try to open a support ticket there.
