How to watermark mp4/youtube videos?

i've got camtasia and Water Master but neither of them seem to support water marking mp4 videos. im getting these videos by directly DLing them from youtube and mp4 is the highest quality. and i plan to put them back up on YT in mp4 with my watermark. so how do i do this?

Well I convert them to MPG by using Pazera Converter and use Windows Movie Maker to watermark them. Haven't found a tool that watermarks FLV or MP4 vids
