I have an adsense trick (little gray hat, but won't get you banned) learn more about it here.

As I'm new to the Ebook market (I don't have a buyers list, ideas or tactics for it), so I thought I give the job to someone else.

I guess, you need to have your product approved by a mod and pay the listing fees if you wish to sell your product here.

I don't want to make the ebook, list it, promote... I want to sell the idea for someone else to do it

You dont need a list of buyers. All the buyers are here so just pay $30 bucks and start selling if your product is good enough you will make sales. If not move on

Yes I can, but I don't have both time no experience, if someone is interested to take the deal, this would be better
