How Can i Get a WP site Like This ?????

Hey guys,

in the last few days i'v been digging for a new niche to start a website in and i came a cross this very cool site :

at the begining i thaught it's a static html website but i noticed the word "wp" appearing in the bottom of my browser while i was surfing the site and while the pages are loding and i tried to add wp-admin after the link and it's end up to be a real wp blog!

how can i make a blog like that ?? is this a theme taht can be purchesed ? pleas explain to me since i don't know much about wp but i'd like to know .

It is easy to find what theme a site is using. Once the page loads, just go to View->Page Source. you will see the theme used by the site in the source. This works most of the time if the admin/owner has not changed the theme folder name to some other.
