These 2 sites are totally similar in layout but just different in design.
They offer "Referral" programs to existing people whom signed up.

Project Payday pays $1.50 per lead, and have the potential to reach to $2.50 or $3.00 per lead; Partnerwithpauls pays $2.50 per lead and has the potential to reach to $4 per lead. Well, if I remember right.

Obviously, these 2 "learn to make money online" websites just tells you to do surveys and get some earnings from them. Incentive offers, without a doubt.

How do I create one like them? Is there a software for it?
