Today I received an email with the subject: "Notification of Limited Account Access OMARCP" , that means my paypal is bye bye. I searched on G and found that it's because of the items I'm selling on ebay (GAMES like: Modern Warfare 2). To resolve the account limitation I need to:

1. I will load all the tracking numbers, that will be fine.
2. Can't provide invoices since I'm buying from a drop shipper
3. My shipper is someone I met on forums paying him with WU, he's from UK and that's all I know about him.

Please tell me what to do, how to lift the paypal limitation, I have money on it. If someone can help and knows a good way after my paypal is ok I can pay 100-150$. PLEASE HELP!!! Paypal is my only source of income.

I hate to say this, but you might as well kiss your money and your PayPal account goodbye. Send me a PM and I'll try to help you the best that I can, but once you enter limited account access, if you were doing anything even remotely blackhat, you're fucked.

It's a good thing you can prove what you can, as this is a step forward compared to most. However, after that you'll have to provide proof of utility, and proof of a Social Security number or whatever type of ID number your country has.

It's nothing BH that I'm doing, I list on ebay, I sell, I pay to the shipper and receive trackings.

Dropshipping then? That shouldn't be all too bad to get yourself back on in that case. Just as long as you have receipts and notices and tracking numbers and all that information handy to give to them. If you have them as paper copies and not saved to your computer, prepare your fax machine.

If your problem is the supplier contact information, just give them what you have on the guy, and they'll find the rest. Trust me, they're great at finding information on people.

Problem is I'm not from us and I'm selling games for the US. I do have a friend in us who can buy the games for me and also answer to a phone to be the "supplier", should that work?

If you aren't from the US and you said that you were selling games for the US at some point during the PayPal process, then welcome to the world of blackhat. If you have the friend answer the phone for you and they find out that it was a sham, them you'll have a lot more problems on your hands, so proceed with caution.

My ebay is not US. My paypal is not from US. They are all on my name in the country of my birth where I live. When I listed the auction I put the item location is ny, us ... where my friend lives. So I will call them tomorrow and talk with them on the phone and I will explain them. Hope for the good. Does good history on paypal help in anyway? My paypal is 2 years old, I have more than 20k usd received trough my account and no complaint until now.

Why don't you just give them the supplier info and invoices from the supplier. If it's a legit supplier, you should have no problem, regardless of where you are.

EDIT: I buy stuff from us sellers that drop ship from china all the time.

The shipper is from Vietnam. I have read some other forums and they advice not to say that my shipper is from china .......
