I think it was just some bad timing. She thought he was going to continue and did the right thing by not discussing her contract. As she was removing the mic Larry moved on and took the call. She didn't know what was going on. She was smart in not risking getting in legal trouble by talking about the mediation over a simple TV interview where the host wouldn't take no for an answer
