Does anyone else feel that this is overkill for a sub? I get them at the grocery store for $5 pre-made. I can eat a quarter then I want to puke.

I gotta respect the yanks for making proper bread based snacks. Here i get one measly slice of ham between two sliced of mouldy bread and they call it a sandwich.

Looks like a Winn-Dixie sub.
If you have a Publix in your area you should head over there... their subs
are 100% better.
Be careful. The keys are almost touching the meat.

haha believe it or not it's on a plate, you just can't see it.
Used to work at Subway. This is the sandwich right here:
Oven Roasted Chicken Breast 6" on wheat.
Ask them to heat the chicken for 30 seconds with oregano and parmesan cheese on it.
When it's taken out, have them stick it on the bread with double pepper jack cheese on top.
Shredded monterey jack and cheddar on the other side of the bread on the inside.
Toasted.
Lettuce, tomato, oil, vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper (in that order).
A small amount of mustard, then some green peppers and two jalapenos chopped up very small.
AMAZING
