Ok some of you may have gotten your start on AC, just wondering I know it AC is not a bank breaker but it does open other doors for ways to make money, especially if you like writing.

Just curious, for all that have changed your focus from making money on AC to elsewhere, any ideas for a newbie who wants to continue making money on the net, a semi BH way, what avenues have you taken or what would any of you suggest to do or look into to continue making money from home ex: adsense? more writing, freelance job, any other sites like AC, blogging, helping new AC'ers out??

Just curious, I know I can't do AC forever but I atleast want to get to a point I am really making 2-3k a month and start branching out investing in other ideas.
