Look at the gameplay etc and not the other shit. If it doesn't run flawlessly there's going to be blood, and considering COD4 still runs perfectly and I get a game within 10 seconds I think they figured their shit out. Even if they didn't they'll fix it within a few weeks like Gears 2 did (was impossible to find a game online for a time).

I'm getting it tomorrow. Search on YT "Call of Duty 6 Launch Trailer" or "Call of Duty 6 Infamy Trailer" without quotes if you need any convincing.

That's okay, I think InfinityWard is leet enough to understand and considering they raised so much hype over this I'm pretty sure they can make matchmaking work (all I'm worried about). Although you may want to write them a letter telling them what they're doing wrong?

The trailers always looks cool always has looked But if you can drive choppers and all kind of cool stuff like in BF its gonna be so fun @ MP don't really give fuck about SP anyway

Tho call of duty has always had great game play

I understand truebloods concern about dedis since if you have those war machines you gona need big map :P and some dude with 0.5mbs connection probably can't handle it :P

Consoles are absolutely horrible for playing FPS games. Anyone who thinks a joystick should be used to play FPS obviously sucks at life. Oh and I've had all three consoles, I could play them just as well as the other "pros" considering everyone's aim is equally shitty with console controls so it's not that I need to "learn to console" or whatever.

Then comes the lack of dedicated server support, no modifications, removal of leaning, limit of 18 players in a match, etc, etc. This game should have been MW1 and MW1 should be MW2 considering the feature set of each.

Enjoy your peer to peer 9 v 9 multiplayer. I'll be playing TF2 still and L4D2 on servers that provide a nice ping to everyone instead of giving the host an advantage and resulting in shitty lag when you're paired with someone from the other side of the country not to mention all the awesome modifications, instant banning of retards/cheaters, etc that you don't get with "matchmaking."

To be honest MW2 looks like a gigantic pile of shit to me from a gaming perspective. They went all out on graphics and sacrificed game elements to do it. It works though as you can see by the preorder numbers. This is more of a movie than it is a game and I don't watch many movies.

P.S. Buying MW2 makes you automatically part responsible for the reason the gaming industry is getting closer and closer to the music industry in terms of its blood sucking vampirism while it shits out mainstream trash similar ro the RIAA. Pretty soon we'll see a VGAA pulling the same bullshit.

No this is a short section of the game that lasts a few minutes and in my opinion was done for no other reason than to generate controversy (which it's doing well) and thus publicity for the game. You even have the option to skip it if you want.

My suitemate and I use the same Xbox, so the only thing about the Call Of Duties that I hate is the fact that you can't splitscreen into Xbox live. Besides that, this game is all-around amazing in every way. I especially admire the detail put into the Terminal map. If you have the game and you get the chance, check that out. It is absolutely amazing.

DL off the torrents but need a crack...

I bought the game last night at midnight as soon as it was released and have to say it is awesome so far. I'm playing on a 360 and had no issues.

Same here Game of the year for sure!

Damn nice game, hoping they relent and patch out this matchmaking bullshit so we can have custom servers - the multiplayer as it stands on pc is pretty much crippled.

Today I came home all excited to play some MW2 multilayer with my friends (legit copy purchased from EB, played on a modded console) only to find out I got banned, FML.

I have never paid for a Pc game... There's all this info floating around out there, you just have to know how to grab it....lol

I must be the only one in the world that 100% dislikes MF2. lol. Bought it last night at midnight stayed up till about 6-7am playing it. and I just can't stand it. MF1 and World at War were better imo and I hate treyarch.

I've always thought all the cod's were over rated and this one is no different. The graphics are average and you still can't use cover. It's beginning to look more and more like Frontlines - Fuel of war, which is actually better and more fun to play online.

Essentially all you do in this game is point and shoot. The only thing in its favour are the online game modes. It's still shit and overhyped. Gears of War is still the best online game to date in my opinion.
