Hello, when I try to register to a cpa site, it shows this on 2nd page and want me to put something that I cannot understand to that box. What should i write there ?

it's an electronic signature. instead of having to fax info to you and get you to sign and fax back to them.

just type in your name.

I wrote my name there and it didnt accept. When I wrote my full name, it accepted. Thanks.

Does anyone know if these things would actually hold any weight in court?
