Could anybody tell me what is the daily and monthly withdrawal limit of a non US verified premier paypal account linked with a prepaid debit mastercard (payoneer) and a non US checking account if there's any? I want to withdraw money to my checking account. I couldn't find the answer when i look at my paypal profile and it isn't in their FAQ either.

What is my withdrawal limit?
Your withdrawal limit is the total amount of money you can withdraw from your PayPal account by bank account or check. If your account is verified, you do not have a withdrawal limit.

If your account is unverified, you can only withdraw money until you reach your limit. Here's how you can view your Withdrawal Limit:
Log in to your PayPal account.
Click the My Account tab.
On the Account Overview page, click the View Limits link.
The remaining amount you can send is listed under the Withdrawal Limit heading.
To lift your limit, follow the instructions on the Withdrawal Limit page.

there still is, i have a verified account and paypal still lets me withdraw only $500 per day. Which blows, they also lack the communication. They will never answer me how can I raise the withdrawal limit, but they just state some mambo jambo-...

I believe it differs from country to country one of my accounts is a UK verified
premier and I've had no problem withdrawing £2000 to my bank account.
Just takes 6 days and that's a real pain.

I am in the US and verified my account and have unlimited withdrawal.

If you are using the paypal debit card, I think it is $400/daily.

I think this is correct. $400/daily with debit card. You can withdrawl $400 at 11:59pm and $400 at 12:00am. The new day starts at 12am.

As for funds, I think I've withdrawn around $8000 before and not had a problem.

ok, and how do you know that? i mean you get a notice about the limit whenever you try to withdraw more than $500 or you can see it in your profile somewhere?

if im not wrong there was a link about limits but it was before my account became verified, now i cannot find any link says view limits...so maybe there aren't any

If you have a balance in your account, (paypal balance) on the right hand side it will say view limits.
If you click that, it will either tell you how to raise them or it will not
change if you have no limits.

Hope that is a little clearer. I don't know if the view limits shows up if you have no balance in your account.
