Re: The Clint Eastwood Thread
Oh, I forgot that he both wrote and co-stared in 'A perfect World' with Kevin Costner. That one was awesome too.

Gran Torino was incredibly awesome.
But my favorite has to be 'Heartbreak Ridge'.

Re: The Clint Eastwood Thread
Watch Alcatraz, when you watch that movie( based on real events) you really start thinking that Frank Morris was like that.. Super acting by Eastwood.

Re: The Clint Eastwood Thread
holy shit....there's so many. For years my fave was Josey Wales but I'd say it's a toss up between that and Dirty Harry. If you give me 10 minutes I'll probably come up with another one. And yeah, Gran Torino was fantastic.
Wait....Unforgiven?
It's almost like asking what is your favorite Rembrandt painting...kind of.
I mean, how and where do you begin with this gnarly old fucker? Has anyone seen "The Beguiled"? Great and very under rated imo.

Beguiled is a civil war picture from 1971. It is very original borderline bazaar topic for Eastwood. This
May have flopped at the box office but I have watched it 3 times and think its great. Top 5 film of his in my mind, but there all very close..

Re: The Clint Eastwood Thread
Nobody mentioned Space Cowboys...cracked me up. Some great dialogue with some of my favorite people...James Garner, Donald Sutherland, Tommie Lee Jones, William Devane, James Cromwell. Shows what old people can do when they set their mind to it.

Re: The Clint Eastwood Thread
The Good,The Bad,And The Ugly is number 1!!!!
"HEY BLONDIE"
"IF YOU GOTTA SHOT, SHOT DON'T TALK"
And millions of other classic lines from this film.
And the soundtrack is awesome!!
Just to much for one movie, thats why its a 3 hours movie lol.
