I bought a project from someone. The person promissed and showed screenshots with daily earnings of about 10 USD. (Adsense).
Now I have the site here for 1 month and it is making almost 1 USD daily, not 10.

I payed for the site with paypal. Can I get my money back? I send emails and PMs daily to that person, but he is ignoring me, even if he posts every day on forums..

Dispute that you received something different than what was described.

If you are serious about getting your money back you might want to call paypal.
In case you paid by creditcard you will get your money back for sure, in case you call paypal I'd give you a 95% chance, in case of a dispute 90%

P.S.
you can and should start the dispute immediately. The first stage of a paypal dispute is that paypal is NOT involved!
Paypal will send a mail to the seller, and he can react.
Give him the 48 hours if you like, then you can escalate the dispute to paypal (an option on the dispute website)

How much did you buy the website for first of all???

Unauthorized Transactions only work, dont give them reason for not receiving item.

If you explain the problem to Paypal, probably.

Just like anything else in life past performance is no guarantee
of the future. On what terms was this sold to you? If there was
no guarantee of future earnings I don't think you have a leg to
stand on and should think more carefully of what you are buying.
Just because they're clicking to day it doesn't mean they'll click
tomorrow. You should know how easily screen shots are faked
you should've asked for some more solid proof of earnings.

@qxxxp - $10 a day is good but $500 a day is AWESOME..

I payed 700 $ for this crap. It generates traffic as promissed, about 200-500 / day. but not the money. He deleted the screensots, I dont have anything against him, only his forum post.

Well breakeven should be in 1.5 years time.

Anyway..Usually websites are sold for their monthly gross-profit x10-12. So in reality he should only have charged you ~400 bucks for that website

You probably thought that you would break even in 60-90 days with the money he was making huh?

I'd suggest you try a different way of monetizing than adsense... Go with the pay per........... Yes figure that one out

ok, i send an email to paypal.. then they told me that I wont get my money back because it is a digital product. Money back is only for real products like clocks or television.

i was screwed by the scammer and paypal... i thought paypal is safe, i would never buy the project without the protection of paypal, and now what?.. they say fuck you.

.. ok, fuck that adsense, i will install some virus on that page with ppi, ... then i will ddos the scammer other projects, click 1000 times on his adsense every day, call da police and batman.
