Since bukisa dosent pay that well , i am thinking of joining ac . I just downloaded an ebook from here which said that if i joined in as a citizen of u.s. i would be elligible to get upfront payments.

I just wanted to know if they verify their accounts by calling up or checking the ip address of the account holder.

That's a good question, but I doubt they judge applications based on IP address, seeing as many internet users use proxies/VPNS etc.

so is it fine , if i just use a fake name and address for the account .
And what about the phone verification ?

u will need to phone verify yourself to be eligible for upfront payment. get an AC account for $3..loads of sellers here already

As abhi1 said, you can verify yourself via a phone call or an SMS. Even if you do not live in USA, you can verify using a W-9 tax form. The only sucky thing about most article marketing websites is that, if you work for them and get paid enough, you cannot escape taxes. Uncle Sam watches us all. Even if you live in Romania like me :P
