i want to know which of my adsense-ads are clicked, which ones bring me more / which less money. I tried Adsense Tracker - but it wont work the way I need it.

It doesnt display which adsense-ads are clicked, just if the user clicks on a menue, it shows the name of the menue.

Simple question: What do you use for adsense tracking? Which tools are available and which ones do you prefer?

I just track by channels, you can see which ad section gets clicked, but I don't know if you can tell what actual ad gets clicked.
