Can anyone recommend and provide a download link for any good Traffic Spy Tool that gives keywords etc of a website page?

I have a niche and I want to copy certain sites that are successful in Google.
This will help me choose good keywords, I use keyword country but I want zero in on 5-6 keyphrases for CPA.
