Deisning landing pages software?

To build landing pages like this one:

What software is use? just dreamweaver and photoshop? Are there any landing page "creators"?

I use Dreamweaver and FireWorks and you would be able to design a landing page like this with those programs. Look in the downloads section for The BlackInk Project by Jeremy Palmer. He has a good video about designing landing pages.

Im not really looking to hire a freelancer, I know basic designing

And thanks blackhataffiliate, I'll look into it. By the way, hows fireworks diff from photoshop?

Fireworks is for optimizing img sizes and also basic photo manipulation. You can also "cut" up the image into multiple parts if you're having trouble fitting the img in your design.

I use sitespinner for my landing pages, its fast and super easy.
