Question about blackhat code breaker 2.0

I am thinking about buying the blackhat code breaker 2.0 script .... I am learning about cpa offers and I know that many cpa networks wont accept traffic if the referrer is blocked or not showing. How do you guys deal with this?
I am guessing you will just use a incentive offer?

You can always fake referrer or blank it.
