I am going to burned for asking this, but I haven't found a good answer. I have been building my backlinks and have found several PR 6,7,8 sites. Would it do any good to post several times to those high PR sites or would just one work.

Stupid question, I know. But, I didn't know if it was the number of links from different high PR sites or if it could be just several links from the same.

All links are useful. If these links going to be on the Pr 6/7/8 pages, If so snap up as many as possible (without pissing off the webmaster and getting banned). However you state that they are on PR 6/7/8 sites, so therefore you will most likely be on internal pages. So I would get a couple of links and move on to the next site.

Each page has its own PR. So for sure multiple links, from different pages on the site, will be useful.

I thought Google only accounts one link per domain. Meaning if you got a sitewide link, it would only look like one link to Google.

Getting multiple backlinks from different pages on the same domain constitutes the core of my link building operation. I can assure you that google will not count 1000 links from 1 domain as 1 link.

yeah, I've tried it several months ago
and got 2 different results
my first blog when I only get 1 backlink from high PR sites, my blog get PR2
and my second blog, get PR4

just get as many backlinks as you can before PR update
usually every 3 months
