I would use that server to create more sites and what not and try to profit. I also think forums are the best way for blackhat to get together and comunicate because its meant to post information and not request to become friends with as many people as you can and whatnot. These are just my opinions though, do as you would like.

I wouldn't join a bh social. My goal is to make money and exploit socials. I think alot of the time that could be spent making money would be used to "pretty" your profile. Forums are the best for bh. But thats just my .02
