what hosting company do you recommend for VPS? i'm currently using startlogic dot com which seriously under staffed. i am considering jaguarpc dot com. any thoughs?

I've heard JagPc are hateful. I use slhost and they're pretty good. softlayer are also recommended, but i think they only have dedicated servers.

I'm using windows VPS at bodhost.com and I'm verry happy with them.

1and1.com - well I have had good experiences with them. vpsland.com absolutely appalling - slow support, if any, double charging, poor upgrades.

I hate that company above all. Service is a disgrace, their hosting is amusingly overpriced and their control panel sucks. Mind you i do use their uk business, so perhaps it's different? But i've been with them for 5+ years and can recall few good things. Amusingly i'm still with them, but only because i have some domains and email with them that can't be moved yet.
