I'm not talking about a guide on learning how to program in php. Rather on a guide which shows you how to outsource programmers to create the software of your needs and then teaches you how to:

*become anonymous via using offshore servers & hosting.
*creating and transffering money through offshore banking.
*and teaching which monetization methods works best.
