oh yeah... if you want to make a claim you can send them your reciepts... or if you dont have your reciepts you can claim back the value of 6 packets of airb*rne valued at $6.99 each hence the $41.94

now where did i leave those reciepts... damn cant find them.... ah well

why not do a few of the $10.50 items?

I did the Seasonal - 10.50 x 6 = $63.

I did 4 seasonal and 2 of the $6.99 one

In the FAQ it says they will only honour the following if you dont have a receipt:

You will get a refund that is based on the average retail price of the Product: $10.50 per box of Seasonal, $2.75 per box for Gummi, and $6.99 per box for all other Airb*rne Products.

That totals around $41.00....

Make sure you enter in that you got your products between May 1, 2001 and November 29 2007!

I filled it out. However, don't get your hopes up as far as getting the money soon is concerned..

9. When will I get my check?

The timing is not set at this time because the Settlement has not been approved. The Court will hold a hearing on June 16, 2008, at 10:00 a.m., to decide whether to approve the Settlement. If the Court approves the Settlement, there may be appeals. The appeal process can take time, and in some cases appeals have taken more than a year to resolve. If there is an appeal, no claims will be paid until it is resolved and the Settlement receives final approval by the Court. After the appeal process, if any, expires or is exhausted, your Settlement check will be mailed to you within 30 days of the later of such occurrences.
