Default Cheapest dial up service?

It's been so long since I've used a dial up service. Two questions that pertain to using dial up for bh purposes:

1 - Does dial up offer a new ip everytime you reconnect?
2 - Who would be the most reliable, yet cheapest dial up service for the U.S.? I don't give a fuck all about email or anything. I want to get on, do my shit, disconnect, get back on again with a different ip etc.

Most of the time you get an new IP, rare is the occasion that you do not.
I've looked at Juno, Netzero, and a thrid I can not remember the name of. Netzero I had a problem with before I got my DSL when they would not stop trying to charge me, it took three months to finally stop. Although while I was using their service I never had a problem.

You mostly get a new ip.

And if you want the cheapest theres many white label affiliate programs that pay you to give away dialup, so basically you can create an account, make your own virtual ISP, get your dial in number , use it and get paid, if not with a profit, youll definitly be saving money.

Netzero gives you 10 hours per month free (with no credit card info). You can just keep signing up with different email addresses. Most of the major one's give you free trials so you can constantly switch up.

Im just going by old experiences i used to do it a lot when "broadband" wasnt around so it brought back memorys. Specially when you "used to" dump all the disks and cds with your whitelabel isp, in shops, librarys, and especially pay little kids to stand outside computer shops and hand cds out

sigh, those where the days.

I use netzero since they have access numbers all around the country. With an unlimited long distance phone line you can call any of these and you will get an IP from that area. Works nice.

elvanvitar beat me to the punch; just use NetZero or Juno, both offer about 10 hours free per month.

1. yes, new IP every time you connect (one thing dialup will always have over highspeed ) for the most part

2. easy answer: AOL. you can find "3 months free" offers (or more in some cases) then when its time to end, call the company to cancel your service, and mention how you loved the service, and you will come back in a few months, but you just cant afford it right now. They will instantly offer you another free 3 months just to keep your buisness. I did this and kept aol (without spending a dime) for well over a year, canceled because i moved and was just tired of it.

its actually HARD to cancel, they really push trying to keep you.

Dude dont use aol whatever u do. LOL They will keep billing u and its so much hassle. Dont waste your time with the free (well you get overcharged and overcharged, so it comes out to not free) hassles. Netzero was ok but so so slow, I couldnt stand it.

Just whatever u do please do yourself a favor and dont get aol.

I just dialed into NetZero (free) tonight just to check it out. Dialed in at 44k. Not too bad for free Internet!
