Take a look at joomla.org with the shopping cart component from virtuemart.net - you can get a google checkout plugin for it.

Combine it with fireboard and it will cover your message board and joomla it self will handle your membership handling but you can also add subscription services as well as an extended membership handling with community builder which can be found at joomlapolis.org

There are tons of template sites out there that will give you a choice of design to go at, some really good ones at rockettheme.com, joomlart.com and yootheme.com but to name a few - all of which are relatively plug and play!

On top of all that there a numerous joomla tools to help your SEO strategies too just take a look at extensions.joomla.org - also take a look at artio.net for my pick of the bunch for SEO tools.
