I m going to start Autopligg and Social submit to 160 sites at crawl basis where to start?

i have my dedicated server autopligg and social submitter i m willing to start selling the super back link and crawl based submit to whole site in 160 dig,and other social bookmarking services from 100 mbps dedicated server but not getting any reply from any MOD ??
