I've been looking all over for a server with this features:


- Bulletproof (All allowed except Child Porn and Terrorism)
- Multiple IPs (+64 IPs)
- Accepting ; PerfectMoney, BitCoin, WebMoney, Payza, PayPal or WesternUnion

I haven't tried them myself, but rumor has it they are the guys to go to. For what you're looking for.
 
One of my friends did tell me to try to use 2x4.ru and told me to talk to the owner and he said
We work with SpamHaus and if any IPs get listed you will be suspended.
Also I asked him if he allows botnets, malware, phishing, etc. And told me no we don't allow that on our network

Same thing goes to ECATEL . They basically said the same stuff. And now I dont know who to use
 
WHT is a forum in the hosting niche, they can help you much better than here. They have a section for offers and most reviews are written on that site.

and.. you come back only when you went help?.....
 
I did try WHT but they basically said, no and why so you can spam and stuff?

I did intend to go into CyberBunker
but I am not sure if they actually allow the botnets, phishing, malware, and BH stuff.
 
CyberBunker is in The Netherlands correct

At the end of the day its a business either they want your money or they dont.

You can check some of those lists where bad domains are listed, for example

or any whois site and investigate where they are hosted.

Asking on seo forum where to host malware kinda suck, here is almost all about seo and nobody know about your shit; for those wannabe hacking stuff go to hackforums.net or something appropriate, there is a lot of kids playing with it.

Hello if you want bullet proof server with Bitcoin Payment gateway you can try Server Leased Dedicated Servers i had a great experience with them
 
Toabao althost.. you are not in the good place to ask that. The better you can find here is a hosting for warez or something like this.
