I chose to put this in the blackhat forum because I am going to spin content to 95ish% and then use Data Merging to make it even more unique. If it needs to be moved let me know.

I think the answer to my question is obvious but I have to be sure. I have made tons of smaller sites, time to build a big one. It will be a local service one, going after three specific services closely related in my niche. I am going to have a link on the main page to its three children, the three services, those will be a directory of states, the states will be a directory to the cities first letter in its name, and that will be the directory to my local landing pages. So my url will look like this for Los Angeles, California:
domain/Service/CA/L/Service-In-Los-Angeles-CA

Now my question is, where does that page need to link back to? I will have breadcrumbs but is that enough? Or should I build a contextual link back to the Domain/Service or to Domain/Service/CA or even its Parent? My thinking says the breadcrumb and Domain/Service is the correct answer(especially since each service gets a few hundred K exact searches a month without the location added), but I am going to be spending a ton on VAs manually linkbuilding for me, so I want to be 100% sure. The smaller sites I have with a somewhat similar structure haven't gone as deep and linked back to their parent. The only thing I can find in this niche close to this is for one of my verticals only and just has 3-5 cities per state(im going for a bit more), and every page of the site links back to every single state and the cities had maybe 5 words of text so they couldn't of had a contextual link. That seemed to be bleeding but then I looked at a bunch of big lead generation sites and they linked back to the state with a contextual link and then to every state in the sidebar. What is the best practice here?
