Being new to the black hat side of things I haven't used SeNuke or the relatively new Link Emperor. I'm seriously considering using one of these tools. My question is are these tools considered a long term strategy? It would seem that the back link profiles these create might work for a while than Google would devalue them and you would have to start on a new strategy. What is the consensus of those that use these products. Are the results long term or a quick, short lived run?

first of all Link Emperor is not a tool, but a linkbuilding service

any link building tool out there can be used for long term results, just you need to adopt your linkbuilding strategies according to nowadays reality. People still use xrumer, scrapebox and etc.. even after the recent penguin 2.0 algo

You just asked if a tool was a long-term strategy. A tool isn't a strategy, it's a tool. It's how you use these resources that determines your strategy and its longevity.

Those link building service probably uses senuke and other tools as well. There is no way for them to build links for each clients manually. So if you can get your hands on them, then learn hwo to use them. You can replicate those BST services easily (to some extend).

Mate, Senuke is too costly to go with if you are a newbie. I would say first settle down a bit using your hands and do most of the work manually instead of doing things fast.

You build your own strategy with the help of the tools.
