I have a website with 1 hard compitive keywords.

Keyword exact local searches 15.000 / results 3.000.000

Now i have a #14 in google, i realy need a #1 - #3 to make some money.

I think the last thing the website need to rank better is a view more high PR links.

I looked around and can hardly find good and cheap high PR links.

Get some high quality links from other sites.
They will be more likely to last longer and have a good impact for your site.

If you're going to use SAPE then you should get some amazing quick results. The only downturn is the fact that the network is used quite a lot and may be hit anytime. Apart from that, it's a powerful network indeed.

If SAPE is not dead yet, it will be soon, just like ALN. I would suggest to stay away from it.
