Background:
I did send a lot of messages to users on YouTube (Many months ago), about that i was willing to buy their account.
I recently got in contact with a guy (Not from my own country), which said yes to selling his YouTube account.
Of course i want to earn money on his videos, and monetize it as much as possible - after I've bought it.

I know he's legit, and not a scammer, so please don't advice about that.

I seek out an expert, that can answer the following questions:

1. We are planning to you Escrow as a middle man service, do you know if they would be able to manage
a transaction like that with specific instructions? (Chaning passwords, changing account mail and so on...)

2. Is it possible to transfer the YouTube account to me, so i have the full ownership? (Just so the guy don't
go reclaim it afterwards with a proof of his ownership.) And no, i don't mean to transfer the YouTube account
to my Google account, i know that's not possible.

3. Is it possible for me to monetize it with AdSense? (Since i already have a main AdSense account/Google account with my
company registered to it, i don't see that their is an opportunity to create two accounts since Google don't allow that.)

4. If AdSense isn't possible, I'm planning to advertise with CPA, PPD or just an ordinary link to a website, is
that allowed on YouTube? And if not, how risky is it?

We are talking a video with xx.xxx.xxx views, so I'm not going to screw it up.

That's what "just" my questions, i really appreciate if anyone would help me with some answers.
