Is it worth using sites for tasks like the Russian SEOsprint and WMmail, where people would search for my keyphrase, find my blog and visit it (without making them click ads)? Will AdSense ban me, when I ad it later on and use traffic with this method? Do such visits help my SEO, or they are pointless?

'Visits' don't help your in SEO. Its the links that count (for the most part).
I cant comment on adsense since I haven't used it.

Visits to your keywords in the search engine can help rankings I'd the people stay on your site without bouncing, many people have different opinions but I have heard a lot about it. Even with that said your best not doing it and just linking your site.

Basically, the tasks involve search, visit via the google pink, visits on 3 random pages and most probably bouncing off. So I'd better use my money there fo simple visits?
