Hi,
Google is slapping SBM site hardly so adsense is not working any more on them. But you can use them to reduce alexa of your domain. Here is what you have to go.

1. Get a Domain. Install Pligg on it.
2. Go to VMOPTIONS forum and announce new SBM SIte there.
3.Admin will approve in one or two days. than see user floating to your website.

I have got some good results from there and even used to earn big $$$ in past. Now my adsense is banned. So I will not suggest to use adsense.
Recently I got alexa rank under 50K for just 3 weeks old domain.

Yeah that it is. But not everyone has money to spend. And why not use free method.
