it is better to use a unique document on each site, but spinning one is always an option.

Good list, just select those which displays the hyperlink. I use unique article for each website (no spinning)

it is better to use a separate article on the documents so they have more value and don't get penalized by google's unique content filters.

For people who are asking about the kind of content.. It's just like any other backlinking campaign. Google will actually read the as long as it's public. So you need the kind of content you post to your web2.0 or Wiki...etc

The Quality depends on which tier you are building.

I would suggest, since these are PR4+ sites and less than 100 they should only really be used as tier 1 or maybe even tier 2 for web 2.0 blogs. So unique quality content is a must, if you post crap quality non unique content to these sites then expect crap results, remeber its not about quantity but about quality.
