I was wondering wich has more value for seo, tweets or retweets? For example, will it help me more if i post exacly the same tweet with my link from 100 different accounts, or if i post it from one account, then retweet it 100 times?

I think retweets. Posting the same tweet with 100 different accounts, looks kinda spammy.
But in retweets, you are again posting the same tweet to your account, but that is a retweet which does not look spam but instead tells G that your website is popular.

Retweet from different account is like a video on YouTube going viral that is been watched by different people/accounts.

It's more powerful and easy way to create strong social signals as well as sales if it's genuine.

Actually both of them are not good. Posting tweets with same content is considered as SPAM.

Go for the RT. Most of my keyword phrases are ranked at the top of twitter search as I have hundreds of accounts that RT everything I say in twitter. This gets me hundreds of hits per day.

I have found that retweets have a more positive effect.

Obviously Retweets would help you a lot more better than the tweets. Since posting the same tweet again and again would be considered as spam and you might even see some negative results in your rankings while retweets will help you in getting some good amount of traffic depending upon the number of followers each account has which retweets your tweet.

Depending on the amount of retweets and the competition level of your niche, it would positively effect your rankings as well. I have myself done several case studies on some easy keywords and have achieved #1 rankings in Google just by using Twitter. Twitter Marketing is really powerful, its all about how you do it!

Retweeting I guess, Posting same content from different accounts might get your accounts suspended.

From Twitter obviously but Google also indexes your tweets.

I found re-tweets more natural and good for my website, which is indexed fastest in getting huge re-tweets.

I would use both. Like 20 tweets and 1000 re-tweets. But all tweets should have different text. I wish guys addmefast added spintax support, but they didn't. Because it is natural that even people who do not have many friends like something. Not everyone would follow the same people on twitter and it is only natural that they tweet something. It is completely unnatural if only 1 person have twitted your site and 1000 persons re-tweeted. There must be at lest 10 different people who have found your site on their own.

SeoMoz did a research and conclusion was that Facebok shares have around 2x more influence than facebook likes, and then facebook likes should have pretty much the same effect as tweets.
