Need some advice from experts. My site is #2 now on a low keyword. Exact local searches are 1600 a month. I now there is a big difference between the traffic you get from the #2 and #1, so i need the #1 position. It is a low keyword but there is a lot of money in it. Not much traffic but high conversation ratio and big proffit. But as we al now the #1 gets is all.

The big question is, how to get the #1 position, what is the last push my site needs?
I have more backlinks then the #1 and the on page seo seems to be ok.

Anyone an idea what i can do extra to get the #1 ?

Keep doing what you are doing link building wise and also add fresh quality content and you will eventually get top spot. Also analyze your competitors links and see what kind of links they have different to you and then try to get some similar to that.
