Paypal Help pls
i have an indian paypal account and it cannot add funds or pay using paypal balance anyone got any way to remove this limit or an alternate way
from today onwards my paypal is having problems. i had verified my bank account and debit card with paypal ,till now no problem with bank account but with my card today onwards i get a message transaction declined and i cannot pay anyone using my card via paypal when i click pay it shows me alternate payment page and as my account is indian i cannot pay using paypal balance nor i have another card and when i went to the edit page of debit card it says ur transaction limit has reached and says you have to verify its shows me the option "Link and verify" but neither i can do that.
Paypal Customer care sucks they either cuts my line or says its not there problem its my banks and debit cards problems (i checked with my bank and it is not there problem as i can use the same card for other online payment gateways)
i don't know what to do
anyone over here can resolve my above 2 problems it would be greatfull.
i don't know whether it should be posted in this area or not pls don't delete it.
advance thanks to all willing to help

Re: Paypal Help pls
Get a real credit card and attach it.
The problem is in debit card. PP has already updated the supported cards.

Re: Paypal Help pls
Indian paypal users are restricted from the following
cant use paypal funds to pay others
You can't pay indian users if you are also from india
And there's no chance to add funds to your paypal from you bank account exception when you have a claim and your funds are negative you can use your credit card to remove the neg bal..

Re: Paypal Help pls
Did you by chance reach the yearly limit?
Here in europe it's 2500 euro and once you reach it you have to provide some documents to verify that you are legit and not laundering money.

First of all
Paypal is near to Useless for a guy without credit card in India.Indian can't add money directly from the bank.As per the RBI guidelines applicable from March 2011, an Indian Paypal member cannot keep the balance in Paypal account also. "Automated Daily Withdrawal System" has been introduced which means the balance at the end of the day will be transferred to your Indian bank account.
There are in several forums, people discussed about using payza, entropay, bank generated VCCs,Liberty reserve bank account,2checkout, moneybookers.com,Payoneer,Western Union,escrow.com,to join it with paypal for buying online.I haven't used it though. What i used is, i invested some fixed amount (offer only for above 25k investments) in city bank and i got a CC upto the 80% of fixed deposit.
So that i'd use my credit card for paying with paypal.
If you have any trouble please file a request here, they might take it into consideration
https://www.paypal.com/in/cgi-bin/we...ontact-general
If i am not wrong then there is no alternative for international purchase than Paypal for Indians, Unfortunately.

Re: Paypal Help pls
I suggest that to use some other payment method like Plimus(bluesnap) or 2 CO-Checkout.
