A while ago I came across a proxies selling website which sold proxies based on cites from all over the world including US, canada, uk, netherland etc. like you'll select a city or state from the list and it will give you private proxy for that city/state. Now I can't remember the site name exactly. I tried googling it but all that came up were selling lists or private proxies without city selection, not like the one I want. If anyone can remember that site kindly share it I really require that site.

They're still around, I have a running set of proxies with them at this time.

There's plenty out there if you look. But if you want a location a not popular with the proxy providers, it's sometimes easier to find someone offering a linux vps than it is to find proxies. Then run squid and you're good.
