so, i need to submit 400 email ids to landing page with different ips. It should look like all subscribers came from different ips. so, whats the best way to do this?

My game plan is to get a proxy harvester. gather some proxies, hire data entry worker from vworker. Give him email ids and tell him to submit one by one on landing page.

any idea how can this be accomplished easily and quickly?
