I am sure the subject sounds crazy. But honestly, I am lost. I am a newbie to BH and honestly am overwhelmed with the info and tools that I see here. I have downloaded every conceivable reports, software and all that is sitting on my HD.

Where do I start? What works? What is strict no-no?
