i just wanted to know if there is such software that will generate blogspot.com blogs via a keyword list say for example the keyword lists was
uk homeowner loan
uk cheap car insurance
so it would generate
ukhomeownerloan.blogspot.com or if that was taken uk-home-owner-loan.blogspot.com

i would really apreciate someones help in pointing me in the right direction
as i can only find programs that generate blogs with random text and numbers

A few years ago when I was in the Adsense business, I heavily used blottoblogger.com by Paul Forcey.
I also used the one mentioned by HaRRo but had lots of problems with it. Although it was mostly because Blogger kept changing their algorithm.
Paul has great support and he has also put out a few additional software that have helped me alot. Check them both because you might prefer one over the other.

I would also email both authors and ask them if their code is up to date and if they can assure you of additional free upgrades and fixes as the Big G changes their algo.
