I recently developed a tool to query for the Google PageRank from a list of domains. For example, feed it a list of thousands of domains that are about to expire in hopes of getting your hands on some that are mature with decent PR.

Currently, the tool queries about 20 domains/sec and it has some timer, grouping, and ban-detection options.
