Is bermanhosting dead or what?

Hey guys,

I've bought a Windows VPS on berman hosting since a bit more than 24 hours and i still haven't received it, seems like admins are not even connected or something like that ...

Is this website still active???

My bermanhosting VPS is working fine. Also the website. Contact them again.
 
I am not using it directly, but a friend of mine is using their service, and it works fine. Try again mate.
 
I just find weird that since yesterday i bought my VPN and i'm still not having my VPS, so i think the admin is busy somewhere ...
 
They can be slow on sign ups. Check to see if they are on live support. If not, send them a message. They'll have it set up for you.

I've been using them for months with no issues, after getting set up :) Speeds are awesome on my end, too.
 
nope mate everything is working fine...did you put correct email id while registration ??

try to chat with online support or create a ticket...

Bermanhosting is definitely dead as far as I'm concerned. After putting up with my VPS regularly going down I asked them to move my VPS to a more reliable server. I didn't have any reply from them. I sent another message. Still nothing. It's been weeks now. No contact from them and my VPS has been down all this time.

I'm going to try another host. I'd advise anyone thinking of using Bermanhosting not to bother. They're dead as a doornail as far as I can see.
 
Well i got a VPS with them

The thing is, if everything runs smoothly, you're ok. If something happens, that's another story...
 
Hey guys, i got a last question, i bought a vps to run u2bviews and vagex, can i use the same account from my main computer from u2bviews? or do i have to create new one?
 
Give them some time. Delay at orders can happen from time according to the staff availibility and the current order queue.

Dude in some hosting you have to wait for 3 days. So give them some time :)
 
I think berman is a one man operation... and my node already CPU overloaded with CPU spiking to 100% now and then, couldn't run anything much. Sent a support ticket last week but haven't got any response back. Got to live with it until the shit hits the fan and I will be moving out.
 
i have a few with them and they are very good but the customer service has got quite slack
 
anybody know how i can directly contact with berman support, cause need vps reboot?
 
@gromhold. Login to your bermanhosting.com account. Go to 'My Serivces.' You'll see your VPS listed there. Now click on the icon on the extreme right of the row. Scroll to the bottom of the page. You'll find the option to reboot your VPS. Hope that helps.
