Niche vs. Micro Niche

What's the difference? I've tried searching but can't find a clear answer on what separates a niche and a micro niche. I have several EMDs I purchased and I'm trying to figure out how to describe them correctly

Niche is a term that is a combination of many micro niche. For Example:

Niche ---------Micro Niche
Games-----------Call Of Duty
Excercise----------- How to grow abs
Internet Marketing--------------Facebook Marketing
