Is it possible to withdraw money from Google Adsense to a PayPal Prepaid MasterCard using the EFT option?

You automatically get to use the available funds in your Paypal account with you Mastercard. Google doesn't payout to Paypal so your answer is no.

No its not possible
Google only pay via cheque and western union
