I think that's made with Xrumer. You can try using Learning Mode from Scrapebox to post to guestbooks if you want, but I don't know if it will work.

Do anybody tell me what kind of guestbook comments are they ?
And any tutorial on how to post it ?

I can tell you that these type of guestbook comments are seen as the lowest of all low backlinks and are a worthless waste of time at best.

They are fine for tier 3 links but you wouldn't want to point them at your main sites and probably not even your tier 1.

These are useless backlinks i think do Bookmarks instead of this and that will help you.
