So after this Penguin sh*t I've decided to edit my content, change the keyword density, the meta tags and the title and also removed All in One SEO. How long does it take for Google to notice the changes I've done to my website?
Depends when they re-crawl. And that isn't a fix. (might get lucky, but no-one knows WHAT is working right now). You can ping your site and they'll recrawl sooner.
