analytics question regarding tracking clicks

Is it possible in Analytics to track how many of my visitors click a certain link? In this case it is a link to Amazon. Since Amazon doesn't allow me to track which sales came from which website of mine, I would at least like to know how many clickouts to Amazon I have from each site. Anybody know how to set this up?
